Ice cream waffle sandwiches
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ c. dulce de leche
35 g flour
ice cream for serving
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Grease with butter 4 small baking tins with a diameter of 8 cm.
In a bowl, place the eggs, egg yolks and vanilla extract. Mix with the mixer for 4-5 minutes, until a thick, pale mixture is obtained.
Add dulce de leche and mix slowly until fully incorporated. Pour the flour and continue to mix very lightly.
Pour the mixture into the 4 forms and put them in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until they are browned in parts and the middle is soft.
Let them cool in the molds for 1-2 minutes
Serve the cake warm and decorate it with a scoop of Sandra Magic apple and cinnamon ice cream.
