1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 cup soft peanut butter

Preheat oven to medium heat 180 degrees.
Mix the butter and sugar on medium speed for about 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and incorporate lightly.
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, food starch and salt in a separate bowl and then incorporate the powder obtained with the wet mixture.
Slowly and gradually add the peanut butter, without using the mixer, but with a fork, until you get a homogeneous paste.
Grease a pan without a tail (a pan that can be used in the oven, with a removable tail) with butter and press the dough into a shape so that it does not touch the edges of the pan.
Bake for 15-18 minutes and place on a grill to cool.
When the chocolate and peanut butter cake has cooled, serve with Sandra ice cream and microwave-melted peanut butter topping or chocolate sauce.
