Ice cream waffle sandwiches
60 g oatmeal
150 ml of milk
2 tsp. of honey
60 g flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Put the oats in a blender. Turn the blender to medium, and blend until the oats are powdered. Add the milk and honey and mix until smooth.
Stir in the flour, baking powder and mix again until you get a semi-liquid dough. If it is too thick, add a little milk.
Take a frying pan and cook the pancakes on both sides.
Serve immediately while hot. We recommend serving them with honey, fruit and / or a ball of Sandra Magic Christmas orange and chocolate ice cream.
