Ingredients
100 g soft butter
100 g sugar
30 g cocoa
60 g flour
1 tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla essence
1 egg
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Line a 20 x 20 cm baking tray with baking parchment.
Mix the butter with the sugar until you get a creamy consistency. Add the egg and vanilla essence. Stir until fully incorporated.
Put all the dry ingredients in the cream and continue to mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 13-14 minutes until the edges darken slightly.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer and let it heat up a bit.
To form the sandwiches, cut into rectangles. Take the ice cream and form the sandwiches.
Put the sandwiches in the freezer for 2-4 hours, until the ice cream hardens.
