Ice cream waffle sandwiches
½ c. sugar
¾ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
½ c. refined coconut oil
¼ c. milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 ½ c. flour
½ tsp. of baking soda
500 g of chocolate drops
700 g of ice cream
In a bowl, mix the sugar, brown sugar, salt and coconut oil well.
Add the milk and vanilla essence and continue to mix.
Stir in the flour, baking soda and mix slowly with a spatula. Add 250 g of chocolate drops.
Let the dough cool for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Using an ice cream spoon, form dough balls and place them in the tray at a distance of 5 cm from each other.
Bake the biscuits for 12-15 minutes, then let them cool completely.
Take the ice cream and cut it into 4 cm thick slices. Take two biscuits and put the ice cream slice between them. Roll the sandwich through the rest of the chocolate drops so that they stick to the ice cream.
